In an exclusive interview with India Today, Ukrainian Member of Parliament Kira Rudik said Russian President Vladimir Putin did not expect the resistance his troops are facing in Ukraine.
"Ukrainians who fled the city are now coming back with arms, to protect it. There is no way Putin can have our capital," she said.
