Indian Railway: रेलवे का बड़ा फैसला, अब ट्रेनों में खाने की शुद्धता की होगी जांच | वनइंडिया हिंदी

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation is going to take important steps to provide pure, delicious and quality food to the railway passengers. Now the quality of food will be regularly checked in the base kitchen of IRCTC. Food Safety Supervisors will be deployed for this. The help of private labs will be taken to test the food items. Also, the satisfaction of the passengers will be taken care of. With his suggestion, the deficiencies of the food will be removed.

रेल यात्रियों को शुद्ध, स्वादिष्ट और गुणवत्तापूर्ण भोजन उपलब्ध कराने के लिए भारतीय रेलवे खानपान एवं पर्यटन निगम महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाने जा रहा है। अब आइआरसीटीसी के बेस किचन में भोजन की गुणवत्ता की नियमित जांच होगी। इसके लिए फूड सेफ्टी सुपरवाइजर तैनात किए जाएंगे। खाद्य सामग्री की जांच के लिए निजी लैब की मदद ली जाएगी। साथ ही यात्रियों की संतुष्टि का ख्याल रखा जाएगा। उनके सुझाव से खानपान की कमियां दूर की जाएंगी।
