Security arrangements made for Uttarakhand polls

Uttarakhand Director general of police (DGP) Ashok Kumar informed that the state police have done all the arrangements for the upcoming elections in the poll-bound state.
While speaking to ANI, DGP said, “Uttarakhand Police has done all arrangements for the upcoming Assembly polls. 16,000 officers of civil police and armed police of the state are ready. Special forces have been deployed to the polling booths in sensitive areas on the day of voting,” DGP Kumar added.
