Goa ranks second in unemployment, says Priyanka Gandhi

Taking a jibe at Pramod Sawant - led Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government in Goa, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on February 07 said that it has the 2nd highest unemployment in the country.

While addressing a rally in South Goa, she said, “This election is significant not just for political parties, but for the future of Goa. The State is rich in resources, natural beauty and skills, but today it has the 2nd highest unemployment in the country.”

Goa will go to the Assembly polls on February 14. The counting of votes will take place on March 10.
