Polls show support for the govt at lowest levels since 2018

The Coalition is facing some sobering polling numbers this morning as it tries to sell its message on economic recovery. The latest Newspoll shows support for the Coalition has fallen to the lowest levels since 2018. Furthermore, new data shows that Australian businesses and individuals have accumulated more than 400 billion dolllars in savings since the start of the pandemic in 2020. The government is hoping this money can be used to support the economic recovery coming out of the pandemic.
