Sweet seller making sweets in Haridwar. He is using a funny little cooker, one which we have not seen in use extensively anywhere else in India! Maybe it's a local improvisation!
He blows into the fire with a phookni to stoke the flames, in the already hot summer season! What does he seem to be making? It looks like nan khatais to us!
