कई अदालतों में वर्चुअल सुनवाई की व्यवस्था अभी लगातार जारी है.लेकिन वर्चुअल हियरिंग के दौरान अदालतों के सामने कई ऐसे मामले सामने जिन पर कोर्ट ने कड़ी नाराजगी जताते हुए जुर्माना भी लगाया.ताजा मामला सामने आया है पंजाब के एक पूर्व पुलिस अधिकारी का जो बिस्तर पर लेटे हुए ही वर्चुअल सुनवाई में कोर्ट के सामने हाजिर हो गए.ऐसे में कोर्ट ने उन पर कड़ी नाराजगी जताई और वार्निंग देते हुए सीबीआई के स्पेशल जज संजीव अग्रवाल ने पंजाब पुलिस के पूर्व अधिकारी सुमेध सिंह सैनी से कहा कि

वीसी के जरिए अदालती कार्यवाही में शामिल होते समय भविष्य में ऐसी हरकत नहीं होनी चाहिए.साथ ही अदालत की मर्यादा का पूरा ध्यान रखा जाना चाहिए.
