How to Repair Radiator Eletric Fan Motor for Toyota Hi-Ace Communter Van.

This video is about the Toyota Hi-Ace communtor Van Radiator Eletric Fan motor, failure to operate and causing a Overheating engine. Many time Eletric motor will fail due to worn-out brush communicator. This video deals with a different type of problem which is most likely found on high mileage vehicle. since the radiator cooling fan has to ride on a shaft center in its Eletric motor. The ball bearing and bushing will fail at some point in time. Once the ball bearing or shaft bushing fail, it will cause the radiator cooling fan to rotate slower than normal speed. Eventually the Eletric motor will stop spinning the fan leading to overheating condition. Before the Eletric motor should complete fail, the slow rotation of the motor and its fan blade will lead to overheating engine. Overheating engine will cause damage to Cylinder head gaskets and many other problems.
