Home Secretary Priti Patel arrived in Kent to announce new officer recruits

Kent could soon see more police officers on the streets thanks to new funding unveiled today by the government. The Home Secretary was in the county to announce the funding of 147 new officers. It is the first wave of the 20,000 new recruits promised by the Prime Minister.
