Canterbury council pledge to go net zero by 2045 but business fear they'll foot the bill

Canterbury City Council have pledged to turn their entire district carbon neutral by 2045.

The authority's become the first rural area to make this commitment in the UK and they say they're working with local businesses to make it happen.

But those businesses fear how practical this is and say they'll likely be the ones who have to foot the bill.
