00:00It's a full-body, low-impact workout. It's really, really good for things like improving strength and muscle tone,
00:08but also good at building on things like strength, coordination, flexibility, posture,
00:14and also really good as well for rehab, so people with injuries and things like that as well.
00:19I think it's always been around, but more and more people are trying it and realising how many benefits it has,
00:24and sometimes I think word of mouth has helped with that, and then also social media.
00:28I think more and more people are hearing about it and wanting to give it a go, and then just straight away falling in love with it.
00:33Lots of places in London offer it, so it's really nice that it's now coming outside of London, and more people can enjoy it.
00:40I just felt like it was missing here, and felt like it would be a nice addition to the community, the town.
00:46I just thought it would be something nice to add.
00:49Yeah, and the guys, like Cheyenne and both of our partners are from here as well,
00:53so obviously we've got that connection with Gravesend, and it's just nice to be able to bring it further out of London.
01:01We've been both doing it for well over a year, and we loved it, and we were like, more people need to enjoy it.
01:08Yeah, and people like myself and other people we know were travelling outside of Gravesend to do the classes,
01:14so it was nice to bring it closer to people's doorsteps.
01:18Absolutely, we obviously hope it just keeps growing in popularity, and definitely if there's a need for it we'd love to open more.
01:25Yeah, that's the plan.
