Government seeking to pass controversial religious freedom bill

The clock is ticking on two pieces of legislation the federal government has promised to pass this term and one of them is the controversial religious freedom bill. Equality Australia is calling on the government to abandon the bill and instead wind back exemptions to anti-discrimination legislation that allow for religious organisations to lawfully discriminate against LGBTQI people.
