Discussing the future of IVF treatment with Dr Julian Spinks

The first ever successful IVF treatment had taken place in Kent 40 years ago today.

Patrick Steptoe and Professor Robert Edward conducted the world's first In Vitro Fertilisation, a woman named Louise Joy Brown.

Dr Julian Spinks, a GP for Strood, joined us earlier to discuss the future of free IVF treatment on the NHS.
