Work is underway on new Chatham waterfront development

Work has officially begun on the new Chatham Waterfront development today.
Medway Council say it will provide 175 new apartments as well as creating commercial space for businesses such as cafes and restaurants.
However, the development isn't without its potential problems amid concerns over parking and housing affordability.
