Tier system to return and Kent leaders want more power

As Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced an end to the coronavirus lockdown, Swale has recorded the highest infection rate in the country. Council leaders are calling for areas to be separated by districts, rather than punishing the whole of Kent with tougher restrictions. Kristina Curtis has been speaking to them.
