Black communities in Kent feel "let down" by government race report

The Commission on Race and Ethnic Disparities found that Britain no longer has a system that is deliberately rigged against ethnic minorities. Carol Stewart the chair of the Medway African and Caribbean Association says the 264-page report doesn't document the lived experiences of black people in Kent and Medway.
