A group of farmers burnt stubble near Singhu Border on November 9.
Delhi Environment Minister has blamed stubble burning for rising pollution levels in the national capital. “Is stubble burning a new phenomenon? It’s the smoke from industrial areas and vehicles that cause air pollution, not burning of Stubble," said a farmer.
