Housing Ombudsman express shock at report findings

Housing Ombudsman for England Richard Blakeway says he is shocked by the findings of the report into living conditions in social housing in England. Mr Blakeway says there has to be a "change of culture and behaviours" as well as more empathy and respect showed to the tenants to tackle the issue. Report by Czubalam.
