NT Chief Minister to release timeline for home quarantine

The Northern Territory's Chief Minister has announced a timeline for implementing a home quarantine system. In September, the government announced, fully vaccinated people returning to the NT from areas with coronavirus would be allowed to self-quarantine at home once vaccination rates lift.
