NT Chief Minister outlines territory’s plan for vaccination targets

Northern Territory Chief Minister Michael Gunner has announced the territory’s plan once it reaches 80 percent full vaccination. He says the territory does not have the health services capacity of other states, and that tough border protections would be in place aimed at unvaccinated people.
