Daboo, an Asian black bear cub, was orphaned by poachers in Nellum valley, AJK. The poachers intended to sell him. A group of rescuers got to know about that, and approached officials for help, but were disappointed by the response, so they decided to help the cub by themselves.
When the cub reached them, he was in bad shape, with cropped ears, high-grade fever, and very sacred.
They helped him recover, both mentally and physically, meanwhile searching for a better national/international sanctuary for him.
Before their efforts would be of any help, the Punjab wildlife department raided the rescuer’s home, took the cub away, and put him in the zoo.
Daboo needs a free life. Please help us sending Daboo back to wild
