Shares of Ensysce Biosciences ($ENSC@US) are trading higher on Thursday morning after the company recently appointed David Kovacs to assume the title of Vice President Public Policy and David Kovacs to the position of Vice President Strategic Development. After dropping 15% on Wednesday, shares are up 35.57% at press time.
