US President Joe Biden vows to finish Kabul evacuation by August 31

US President Joe Biden vowed on Thursday to complete the evacuation of American citizens and others from Afghanistan by August 31 deadline despite the deadly suicide bomb attack at the Kabul airport. Joe Biden promised to avenge the deaths of 13 US service members killed in the attack, and warned the Kabul airport attacker that, “We will hunt you down and make you pay.”
