This is how I studied for the Nclex RN and passed at 75 questions without mindlessly cramming lab values. The key is to link the disease process to the lab value and the rest will fall into place. Nothing is set in stone even if you get the SATA question correct it does not automatically mean that every time you do then a SATA will show up. Using too many resources can lead to confusion because each program has its own style of teaching. Whether you get a question right or wrong on Uworld it is very important to read each rationale for all the options because I found out when I did my exam that Uworld provided me with everything to pass and there was no question on the Nclex exam that I had not come across on Uworld even though I did not complete the entire qbank. The level at which Nclex exam was set was pretty much on par with Uworld from the "easy" to the "difficult" questions those SATA were as challenging as those on Uworld. I took my Nclex exam on Feb 2nd, my first question was a SATA (please practice really well with Uworld SATA this will help you to face the SATA questions and don't be afraid to do some Uworld questions at the exam center before going in for your exam because it will get you in the mindset for your Nclex). I got the good pop up using pvt 2 hours after receiving the email from pearson vue and saw my license number at the board of nursing the next day.
