Victoria records 45 new local COVID cases

Victoria has recorded 45 new locally acquired COVID-19 cases, as thousands of people scramble to make the most of expanded Pfizer eligibility. Just 17 of the new cases were in quarantine while infectious, and 36 of the cases have been linked to existing outbreaks.
