Victoria records 705 new local COVID cases

Victoria has recorded 705 new locally acquired COVID cases and one more person has died. Victoria’s vaccine rollout is on track to hit its targets with 77.5 percent of the eligible population with one dose and 47.4 percent fully inoculated.
