Special measures taken for organ donors amid Covid: Karnataka Health Minister

Karnataka Health Minister Dr Sudhakar K on August 19 said that Covid-19 has hampered blood and organ donation in the state. "Covid-19 has hampered blood and organ donation. We have taken few special measures to encourage organ donation in the state. We have found about 23/24 cases of those who were positive and with TB positive and recovered from Covid. We decided to take their test to take Covid precautions," said Karnataka Health Minister Dr Sudhakar K.
