Delhi: Long queues at metro stations after tremors halt services
- 3 years ago
Delhi Metro began running at 100 per cent capacity on Monday after DDMA announced further relaxations in the city. Following this, long queues were seen outside the busiest Delhi Metro stations, such as Anand Vihar, Akshardham and Nirman Vihar, as soon as the services resumed on Monday morning.
Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) confirmed that due to confirmation of mild tremours today, trains were running at cautionary speed stationed at the next platform. However, the services resumed soon after.
