TabTimer Customer Testimonial – Joe
Well, Greg has Parkinson's disease, so naturally he's on Sinemet, and over time, the number of doses per day increases, and it sort of got away from us.
We hadn't realized, but by the time we had gotten to five a day, it had become very complex.
Often I'd be calling at 10am or 2pm to make sure he took the pill. He didn't answer the phone, It was a bit dramatic.
Tabtime Super 8 – Electronic Pill Box
We use the Tabtime Super 8 because of the number of doses we have through the day, and it's been really handy to keep everything on schedule and to make sure that nothing's missed. We have everything in one place.
It was incredibly simple to set up. I was not expecting that. I thought it was going to be very complex, but the whole thing was over in a matter of minutes. I didn't need any support from anyone, and I was very pleasantly surprised.
It's given Greg a lot more independence. It's taken away a lot of my worry and also given me independence because I can go out and do things, and know that that alarm will go off and it will continue to go off.
There won't be anything on silent. There will be no flat batteries, and when I get home, if he's missed a dose then I see a flashing red light, and it's very obvious.
Look, we've gotten really used to having the TabTimer. If we were to lose it, it would be rough having to go back to the way it was.
