Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on June 25 at Southern Naval Command in Kochi said new Indigenous Aircraft Carrier will help to secure India’s interest in maritime domain.
“Commissioning of Indigenous Aircraft Carrier next year will be befitting tribute to 75 years of India’s Independence. Combat reach of aircraft carrier will add formidable capabilities in defence of country and help secure India’s interest in maritime domain,” Defence Minister said.
