A Sydney court has heard war veteran Ben Roberts-Smith destroyed a computer hard drive by pouring petrol on it and setting it on fire, to protect his personal information. The Victoria Cross recipient is suing three newspapers for defamation, after they reported serious allegations against him, including unlawful killings in Afghanistan.
