During this programme, Moira met with Dr Christa Spiteri who explained particular disease in your pets with the giardia parasite that is stuck in your pet's intestine. In addition, Moira showed a video featuring Alison Bezzina, the Animal Welfare Director to explain the services of the the Directorate and the welfare officers engaged with the Directorate. In addition, Moira discussed with Maxine Borg who is a fosterer and Maxine explained her work with mother cats and kittens that she has rescued.


In the 2nd half of the programme, Robert Spiteri the dog trainer joined who explained the importance of keeping our pets hydrated during the summer months.He also shared some advice on how to be responsible for our dogs during these hot summer months.
