Disaster assistance announced as cleanup begins

Affected Victorians can now access financial assistance through Commonwealth and state funded disaster recovery arrangements. Meanwhile, moderate flood warning remain in place for the Thompson River, Latrobe River and the Yarra River in Victoria.
