FRENCH TOAST
INGREDIENTS ARE
MILK - 150 ML
SUGAR - 150 GMS
EGGS - 2 NOS.
CARDAMON (ELAICHI) POWDER - 1/2 TSP
BREAD - 7-8
GHEE - TO FRY
WALNUT - SOME
CINAMON POWDER
CHOCOLATE SYRUP
METHOD
-Pour the milk in a bowl.
-Add sugar and mix till sugar dissolved in it.
-Beat the eggs in another bowl.
-Put Cardamon powder in milk.
-Pour the eggs in the milk.
-Mix all well
-Heat the ghee in a pan.
-Fry the walnuts on medium flame.
-Cut the bread into two.
-Put some more ghee in a pan.
-Dip the bread in a milk batter and then fry in a pan.
-Fry the bread on medium flame, from both the side.
-Then serve it with cinnamom powder, walnuts and chocolate syrup.
