Cuttack Rural Police informed that 4 people have been detained, including the prime accused in connection with the brutal murder of Mahanga BJP leader Kulamani Baral and his associate Dibyasingh Baral.
As per sources, a team of Cuttack Police are interrogating the detainees in an undisclosed location. On the other hand, another special team continues to raid several places, to nab others involved in the ghastly crime.
Meanwhile, outrage continues to erupt over the murder, with BJP leaders and party workers launching protests in several parts of the state.
