3 cops charged with murder of vegetable vendor in UP’s Unnao

Uttar Pradesh’s three police officials of Unnao district were charged with murder on May 21 after the family of a vegetable vendor alleged that the cops picked him up from a market and beat him so hard that he died of his injuries. The seller was brought to the police station for violating curfew norms. A post-mortem examination has been conducted and more details about the cause of death are awaited.
