Sri Durga Naam Bhulo Naa (শ্রীদুর্গা নাম ভুলোনা): Bangla Devotional Song: Sung by Sw. Kripakarananda

This is a Bengali devotional song written by Ramprasad Sen dedicated to Goddess Durga. It is sung by Swami Kripakarananda Ji.

Roughly narrated meaning in English:

(O devotee) Don't forget the name of Mother Durga.
It is Herself, after perceiving whom, Lord Vishwanath (Shiva) drank all the poisons that came out during the 'Samudra Manthan', but still survived.

Whenever there is a misery, do pray to the Mother. After endowing all the burdens to the feet of the Goddess Tara (the second of Devi Durga's Dasha Mahavidya), in other words, after completely devoting himself to the Mother; King Suratha (an ancient King of Bengal who was the first worshipper of Maa Durga in the spring season) did not die out of hundred thousand deadly attacks on him.

Once a prince named Bibhu went to a sea-voyage by hailing the name of the Goddess; (How graceful the Mother is) when he was returning back, his ship sank and he drowned, but yet he subsisted.
