Angie and her song "Shine"

Angie has been on the music scene since the early age of eight where she performed in a cabaret act with her family. At nine she sang on her first record with Lynsey de Paul and Barry Blue. At 11 she cut a record with Pete Townsend of The Who on Stifflabel (Peppermint Lump) which made Radio One's record of the week. This record did well in America and became a favourite on Rodney Bingenheimer's radio show KROQ. A year later she recorded backing vocals on Video Killed the Radio Star, working with Trevor Horn.

She has only gone on to succeed in the music industry and she now sings and performs her own material. She discovered Cafe Music Studios in Bow London and recorded her first album with them, working with producer Mark Sutherland and producer/arranger Simon Zarych.
