Reviewing the status of the Covid-19 situation in the state with the State Council of Ministers, administrative officials, and medical experts through a video conference, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said that the state government will take even more stringent steps to curb the pace of Covid spread in the state.
Expressing his serious concerns over the rapid increase in the number of coronavirus patients and mortality rate in the state along with other states of the country, CM Gehlot said that the situation may become even more serious if strict decisions are not taken on time.
The CM urged the public to fully comply with protocols and other guidelines issued by the State Government on the advice of medical experts. He stressed that masks are the biggest defence against coronavirus and urged everyone to not step out of the house without wearing a mask.
