Regulators to advise government on AstraZeneca safety concerns

The Federal Health Minister says he's asked for frank and fearless advice about the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine following concerns about a possible link to rare blood clotting issues. The government has asked its own agencies to look at available evidence and report back to the Prime Minister.
