Foyle Sinn Féin MLA Karen Mullan speaking as she prepares to hand over a petition signed by almost 10,000 people calling for better Detox facilities for Derry to Health Minister Robin Swann. The petition was started by local teenager Tamzin White, who lost her mother Louise to addiction back in January 2021. The mother of three girls, Louise was just 40 when she died.
