IPL Brand Valuation Report 2020 of all 8 IPL teams' brand values after the 2020 season. The Mumbai Indians attained the top spot with ₹761 crore. Chennai Super Kings held second position on the overall list of franchises. They were only behind defending champions Mumbai Indians

కరోనా వైరస్‌ ప్రభావం ఇండియన్ ప్రీమియర్ లీగ్ (ఐపీఎల్)పై తీవ్రంగా పడింది. కరోనా విజృంభణ కారణంగా గతేడాది యూఏఈలో ఐపీఎల్ లీగ్ జరిగింది. యూఏఈలో ఐపీఎల్ 2020 విజయవంతమైనా.. బ్రాండ్‌ విలువపై మాత్రం కరోనా ప్రభావం చూపింది. 2019 సీజన్‌తో పోలిస్తే 2020 ఐపీఎల్ విలువ 3.6 శాతం తగ్గింది. 2019లో ఐపీఎల్ క్రితం సీజన్‌ (2018) కంటే 7 శాతం పెరుగుదల నమోదు చేసి.. రూ. 47,500 కోట్లకు లీగ్ విలువను పెంచుకుంది. కానీ 2020 సీజన్‌ కరోనా దెబ్బ వల్ల రూ.45,800 కోట్లకు తగ్గింది. బుధవారం ఒక ప్రముఖ సంస్థ ఇందుకు సంబందించిన నివేదికను విడుదల చేసింది.
