Charles Blow to Black Americans: “You don't have to be powerless”

Bestselling author and New York Times columnist Charles Blow is tired of begging for justice. “There's a fatigue that sets in when you see Black person after Black person after Black person killed,” Blow said on “Salon Talks.” Blow goes on to explain how state laws in their current iterations are horrible at delivering justice. His solution? Concentrate Black Americans in Southern states, change who they elect and eventually, change laws. Could his plan work?
