Text Neck is a very common problem among us. Throughout the day, we use our electronic devices very often especially during the pandemic. But do we pay attention to our posture?

In this video, we're going to show some tips on how to improve your posture. When using a smartphone, it's best to keep your phone at eye level and keep your head at a natural position. When using a laptop, prop up some books or wide objects to elevate the laptop to eye level. For a tablet, add cushions on top of your lap then place the tablet on top. This will ensure your device is at eye level and reduce neck strain.
