J&T Express has apologised to customers over the violent handling of their parcels.
This came after videos of disgruntled workers hurtling customers' parcels at a sorting centre in Perak had gone viral.
In a statement the logistics firm denied that the workers' protest was due to a cut in wages.
Instead, the company said it was due to a misunderstanding on year-end bonuses.
