Fish 1 kg
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Ginger paste - half a teaspoon
Red Chili Pepper
1 tablespoon red pepper
1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
1 tablespoon coriander
1 tablespoon of cumin seeds
Pepper 15 pieces
Celery Half a teaspoon
Tamarind water ... half a cup
(You can also take lemon juice instead of tamarind)
Basin 4 tbsp
Licking spices 1 tbsp
Salt as needed
As required for frying oil

First, wash the fish thoroughly with water and salt
