Raw winged beans salad

Winged beans is rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, folate and calcium. It also contains phosphorus. iron and vitamin B. As a high source of antioxidants, winged beans contribute to strengthen the immune system. This low calorie vegetable is also good for the people who try to loose their weight.

And today I bring you another vegan recipe I learned from my mom. I used tender pods of winged beans from my organic garden to make this dish. Since we eat raw winged beans here make sure you use tender winged beans to prepare this dish.
