Chennai: 2 cops killed after speeding BMW rams into them

Two police constables died in a car accident in Chennai city, Tamil Nadu, on Tuesday after a speeding BMW car rammed into their bike while the duo rode to report to duty. According to media reports, the accident took place near a private school in Chennai’s Mogappair East while the cops were on their way to to duty in Koyambedu.The accused driver has been remanded to two weeks’ judicial custody, media reports said.
