RZA, the Wu-Tang Clan founder, legendary producer, hip-hop star and director, discusses his newest film, “Cut Throat City,” which is set in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. RZA also talks to Salon’s D. Watkins about how Trump's terrible job of handling the pandemic mirrors Bush's massive failure with Hurricane Katrina, Season 2 of the hit Hulu series "Wu-Tang: An America Saga" and the advice he gave his daughter before she went out to protest for George Floyd.
