Wine industry asks for excise tax deferment

The alcohol industry wants excise taxes to be deferred until the booze ban is lifted. They say it's extremely challenging to pay these taxes when they have no cash flow. The wine industry alone has lost around eight-billion rand in direct sales revenue due to the ban. Courtesy #DStv403
